If you need just 1 or 2 we can make it the same day in about 30 minutes to 1 hour, anything more than that, please order a day or two prior.

Our teriyaki trays include the topping of your choice, mixed with teriyaki sauce (unless you want it on the outside) on top of a bed of steaming white rice.

Yes! When there are so many in a gathering, there are bound to be preferences. Our teriyaki trays come with complementary condiments to remedy this. Please take a look at the top of the catering page to see your condiment options.

Our half tray feeds about 3 to 4 people and our full tray about 8 to 10 people depending on if you have children in your party. Also, our appetizer trays could feed about 8 to 10 people (we just have one size only).

We are closed on Sundays, but if you'd like to enjoy our catering trays that day, please place your order by Saturday night for pickup before our closing hours. We recommend chilling the tray immediately upon receiving it and reheating it before serving. Instructions for reheating: Heat gradually in an oven at medium temperature. Ensure it is sufficiently heated by checking the middle. If necessary, return it to the oven and check every 5 minutes until it reaches your desired temperature.
